1. What time does the store operate?
Our uniform shop opening times are posted on the Cranleigh website: . The online store operates 24/7 Yearly. Parents could also call 02-4970218 and receive information on store timing, pricing, compulsory uniform list etc. Additionally, you can also view the information at school listing pages.

2. Is there any  exchange policy?

Yes, there is.

Genuine quality / defective goods / incorrectly sized uniforms may be exchanged from the school uniform store within 30 days from date of purchase.

3. How can I pay online for the purchased item?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the payment is processed by CCAvenue. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI- DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. We accept payments online using Visa and Master Card credit/debit card in AED.

4. Is your website secured?

Our entire website is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

5. How do I order the proper size?

Please see the size chart available individually  for each  items .

6. Is there any compulsory uniform list & how many items is enough for my child?

Some school has made it mandatory to buy certain items that are required for school use. We have a specific listing for all the schools and you can view the information by visiting the school listing pages. We recommend a minimum of 3 to 4 tops and 3 bottoms per season, 2 sets of PE wear, 2 ties, 1 sweater, 1 backpacks two pairs of the regular and PE socks, 1 belt and a pair each of formal shoes.

7. When do you deliver my orders?

All goods in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days from the time the payment is received.

8. Can I pre-order an item is currently out of stock?

Yes, You can pre-order out of stock items at our online store. Whenever the stock is available, goods are dispatched to your registered address or can be collected from the School uniform store.

9. Is there any shipping charges for returning the item ?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

10. What if the student requires a special size not offered in the range?

For children requiring special sizes or customized uniforms, we offer made to measure services. For which you may please visit our uniform store with your child for the measurements. Made to measure orders take at least 3 weeks to complete and time varies during school season time.
